Again H-1B visa bills introduced in US! …Indians will be benefited?

In the House of Representatives in the US, the bill with H-1B visas has been introduced once again. This time in bill, people who are born on foreign soil and who have passed Ph.D. in science, technology, engineering or mathematics from America. For them, changes have been made to provide employment based green card rules.

It has been said that these people should be kept away from the limited number of H-1B visas given annually. If this bill is passed, then Indians will have the most benefited.

Paulson said, “there are thousands of high skill jobs lying vacant. Now this Act, called STAPLE, will be sure that American companies will receive substantial talents. By linking the green card or visa stapling with their diploma, these professionals will be able to do new discovery which will be helpful in the development of our economy.

Quigley said that if the US wants it to be a new discovery in their country and the economy remains stable and the country remains it position in global marketplace, then it has to encourage the world’s Brightest Minds to stay here, to read and work.

It is worth noting that last month the US President had signed an executive order, to make the rules of the H-1B visa program more stringent and to prevent the misuse of the visa
