Like Metro design

Train bogies are designed in such a way that despite the high speed, the passengers sitting in it will not be shocked and they will easily be able to go from one bogie to the other bogie. Its automatic doors have been designed like a metro, i.e. all doors will be closed together. In the event of some arrival between the doors, all the doors will open and till the doors are not closed, the train will not move forward.

Tejas’ state-of-the-art bogies have been built in the Rail Coach Factory located in Kapurthala. Apart from Mumbai-Goa, Tejas trains are also planned between Delhi-Chandigarh and Delhi-Lucknow.
