The Day Dinosaur Died! …the difference of 30 seconds had erased the dinosaur era!

For the end of the Dinosaur era, it is said that a huge asteroid had collided with the earth, the explosion caused by it destroyed the existence of these giant animals! But there is very interesting fact in the BBC documentary about timing of this explosion. This documentary, called The Day Dinosaur Died, states that if the asteroid ended the dinosaurs, if it hit 30 seconds earlier or 30 seconds later on Earth, its impact would be so low on the ground that the terrain Dinosaurs do not end! That's because because of a 30-second delay or early fall, it falls into the ocean instead of the ground!

The difference of 30 seconds had erased the dinosaur era!

For the end of the Dinosaur era, it is said that a huge asteroid had collided with the earth, the explosion caused by it destroyed the existence of these giant animals. But there is very interesting fact in the BBC documentary about timing of this explosion. This documentary, called The Day Dinosaur Died, states that if the asteroid ended the dinosaurs, if it hit 30 seconds early (earlier) or 30 seconds late (later) on Earth, its impact would be so low on the ground that the terrain Dinosaurs do not end. That’s because because of a 30-second delay or early fall, it falls into the ocean instead of the ground.

This asteroid hit the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico six million years ago, making it a 111-mile wide and 20 miles deep pit. Scientists examined the pit and found sulfur compounds in the rock there. From the collision of asteroids, this rock was turned into vapor, which made the cloud of dust in the air. As a result, the whole earth became dramatically cool and remained in this condition for a decade. Most of those creatures died in those circumstances. Due to the death of the dinosaurs, due to the explosion of explosives, due to the tsunami, things were not due to the end of food or due to the molten rocks fallen from the ground.

According to estimates, if the nine-mile-shaped and 40,000 miles per hour of the explosive Asteroid was dropped for a few seconds early or late, then it would fall into the Atlantic or deep waters of the Pacific ocean instead of the ground. If this happens, then sea water would have been steam, but as a result, dinosaurs have less damage. Professor Sean Gulick of Geophysics in the University of Texas organized drilling work with the professor Joanna Morgan in the place where he hit the asteroid. He says, “That asteroid fell on a very unfortunate place.” The professor said (from collision) ‘hundred billion tons (more than 907 trillion) sulfate spread in the atmosphere. He said, “It was enough to cool the earth for a decade and eliminate the life of that time to a great extent.”

Astronom’s collision was so strong that life could be eliminated three times on earth, mostly in dinosaurs. But later on this incident, small mammals have been born, and after all, humans are in existence. Scientists now believe that if there was a delay of some seconds in the collision of that asteroid, then if it falls in the ocean, then there is no such a great catastrophe and the dinosaurs stay alive.
